We provide a range of language services for interviews when you are working with interviewees whose first language is not English. We provide interpretation and translation in every world language and we work only with trained and experienced legal translators and interpreters.
Interpreters at the interview
At the interview, a trained interpreter renders questions into the interviewee's language, and renders the interviewee's answers into English. Our interpreters are professional and discreet. All are subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
Confirming the quality of the interpreter's work
Back-translation is the definitive way to determine whether an interpreter’s work in the deposition was accurate. It combines foreign language transcription with translation from audio.
1) An audio or video recording is made of the interview
2) We transcribe the entire interview - using both English-language and foreign-language transcribers
3) Finally, we translate all parts of the conversation that are not in English.
The result is a document that shows clearly whether the interpreter's rendering of the interviewee's and interviewer's words was correct. If required, we certify the final document so that it can be used in court.

Video subtitling
We can make depositions available to viewers in multiple languages. We translate the transcript into all required languages. Then we dub or subtitle the video, and programme each language into a separate channel on the final DVD.
